Here I go again on a journey trying to become a healthier me and drop a few pounds. I have done it before put some how I always manage to put the weight back on. This time I am determined to get it off and keep it off. I am ready to live a healthier, active life and stop worrying about my weight and how it makes me look. I am a married mother of 2 wonderful children, an athletic 13 year old boy and an active 3 year old girl, I need to lose weight just to be able to keep up with them. I was very excited when I found this site because of all the helpful information it seems to have and the network of people with the same goal. I wish you all happiness and success with your weight lose journey!!!!!!!

Fiber
I have a question. When calculating points with weight watchers and the nutritional information says less than 1 should I put it in as 1 fiber or 0 fiber. Thanks for the help.

Thanaks for the post I was trying to figure out what is was based off of. Now that I know it is based off of what other people are entering I will not pay attention to it either.

A little help please!
Hello everyone! I am new to this site and I am in need of a little help understanding the "How does your diet compare" section. It is showing the "you" part of the section higher than the "weight watcher" side of the section. I am confessed because I am unsure what it is comparing my side to. Also I have not gone over my points so I don't understand how I could be higher. Any help with understanding how to read this section would be wonderful. Thanks and good luck to all!!!!!!!!
