Just turned 43 and had never really started paying attention to my health until I hit 40. Quit smoking after 25 years, then turned to fatsecret to shed my weight.
I am just maintaining now and have it down. I always toy on ways to improve myself now and this year I have decided to get a bit cut with P90X.
Once I commit, I go all out.
