I'm 26 yrs old, and now weight 140 lbs (5'7)!! YAY go me!!!! Just lost 70 lbs in the past year and need to keep it off! I need to exercise and tone! It never ends, and I have completely changed my life for the better, and am not about to go back!! It's A LOT of work, and takes real dedication! Which is why I'm determined to stick to the plan! I reached my goal of 140 lbs, and now have a new 5 lb goal, but more important than the 5 lb goal, I want to tone and build muscle... I'm pretty jiggly, and I know if I can loose 70 lbs, then I CAN DO ANYTHING!
I am a mother/step mother of 3 kids, and it definitely was a challenge, but worth every passes up cookie, sundae, and burger! LOL My kids didnt drag me down, and they are never an excuse not to excercise or watch what your eating, yes, it may be harder at times, but your the mom!! Teach them healthy eating! Make it your home, and your meals!!
To those of you reading this.. KNOW that it CAN be done! Don't let anyone discourage you, and don't discourage yourself! It was definitely hard, this doesn't come easy, especially since it took sooo long to put on the weight. I am willing to be your support system if you're willing to be mine!!!
