I am a 47 year old. I have been happily married for 26 years with two girls, one 25 and the other 20 years of age. I am a grandma for the first time to a wonderful little girl! I work full-time. I love to go on vacations south!

I have been somewhat of a yo-yo dieter all my life. My most recent formal program weight loss back in 2003 was on weight watchers and it really works....as long as you follow it! I kept close to goal until 2005; and it has been creeping every so quietly back on ever since. So back onto the weight loss train again.
