I'm a mom to 3 kids: a 5-yr-old, 3.5-yr-old, and 20 month old. I was sick of never having any energy, not fitting into my clothes, and feeling embarrassed of my body. I am determined to lose all my pregnancy weight, and whatever weight I may have gained over the years. My sister is getting married next October, and I would prefer to reach my goal by next spring-- so that I can enjoy summer in my new body!
My first goal was to get out of Obese BMI. I am happy to now be in the Normal BMI. I am really enjoying the results and feel so different about myself already! I reached my goal of losing my pregnancy & marriage weight -- months ahead of schedule. Aiming to get to 125 lbs... and toning my body for swimsuit season!
