Stop Stop thinking about the numbers. It will not do you any good. Do you feel healthier? Do your clothes feel a little looser? Do you fell less bloated? Find something else to focus on. I am sure many people who have been trying to get healthier will shout out the same encouragement. Do this for yourself. Good Luck. Pam

Hi all I have been working on the atkins plan since Feb and lost 33 lbs. In September I began my own plan with all the knowledge of Atkins with the intention of maintaining my weight loss, which I have. I told myself if I gained more than 2 lbs and felt out of control with carbs I would get back into OWL. So the reason for the post if 2 fold, make myself accountable and to let everyone on Atkins know that the weight can stay off. Keep at it all who are in the fight!Smile MissPam
