Panini Press
Amazing how you can cook LOW CALORIE on a good panini press! Made vegetable kabobs for dinner yesterday to cook on the grill (it rained) so the panini press was just the right ticket. The kabobs actually fit on the panini, seared them just like on the grill, and delicious - without using any oil. The chicken breasts were marinated in teriyaki sauce - the whole meal was less than 390 calories, and I was stuffed.
