25 crunches day, increasing to 150 by end of the 6th week
Guidelines:
Start off by doing 25 crunches for the 1st 7 days. Then 50 a day for the following week. Then every week following, increase the number of crunches by 25. At the end of the 6th week you should be able to complete 150 crunches.

I'm really getting into this...
yeah, i added side crunches today, now that I started doing 75. I'm surprised I have been able to keep it up! I feel like I can already tell a small difference.

Silly question
Enter crunches under calisthenics. Calisthenics include: stretches,crunches,sit-ups,jum... jacks,push-ups,pull-ups,squats... raises,dips,flutter kicks,etc (I found that at Wikipedia) :)

That's okay! :) Oh I know what you mean, after working out in the morning I feel so energised and not as hungry as I thought I was! Yeah it's good to work out in peace and quiet :)
