I'm 29 years old and have always struggled with my weight i got married this past October and didn't lose all the weight I would have liked. I am trying to get back at a healthy decent weight. Doctors say i should be 135-140 ill be happy at 155-160!
Being the eldest of 3 Ive always been the heavier one while my brother and sister were tiny. My husband is also very slim and he eats everything! Its much harder this time around because i have to buy for the household instead of just myself and i always lost a large amount of weight when i was single, in a relationship there's that comfort zone. My hubby is finally being helpful however and supports my goals and helps me to say no to high calorie foods.
With all the health issues in my family most relating to weight gain Ive decided i need to get healthy and lose weight not only to look good but to be healthy and avoid all the medical issues I am predisposed to.
