AFTER STOPPING SMOKING IN JANUARY 2007 I STARTED WATCHING WHAT I ATE! BUT STILL I GAINBED FRIGHTENED OF WANTING TO START SMOKING AGAIN I DECIDED TO GRAB LIFE WITH BOTH HANDS AND TAKE CHARGE OF IT!
I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN ON A DIET UP TILL I STARTED SMOKING THIS SEEMTO MAKE MY BODY SLIM! NOT WANTING TO GAIN THE WEIGHT I DID A YEAR AND A HALF ON HTE ATKINS DIET!
I DID LOOSE ON THIS BUT THEN AFTER GAINING IT ALL BACK I STARTED ON THE CAMBRIDGE DIET WHERE I LOST THE WEIGHT AGAIN!
I STARTED IN JANUARY (ATKINS ) AT 10 STONE 10!
I LOST THE 10 POUNDS THEN NO LOSS
THEN AGAIN ON 8TH JULY STARTED CAMBRIDGE DIET
NOW I'M AT 9 STONE 4 1/2! YEAH I WANT TO MAONTAIN THIS OR MAYBE LOOSE A LITTLE TO GET TO A STRAAIGHT 9 STONE
WELL XMAS IS AROUND THE CORNER ISN'T IT!LOL

Atkins memories?your favourite meals please?
I ve started on atkins again after being off it for a couple of years Im back just to try and crave my sweet cravings but Im on day three (well end of the day bedtime actually) and I ve had a large portion of RHUBARB I ve had it in the freezer probably for well over a year and I forgot how gorgeous it is! I ve made up the full frozen bag and now I can happily look forward to breakfast !

thanks for them I think we ALL must have eating disorders to e on here This site "fatsecret" is like an alcoholic addmitting he has a problem!
I ve always struggled with my weight and Im always dieting (well for years I did smoke which I didnt need to diet then though!)
