AFTER STOPPING SMOKING IN JANUARY 2007 I STARTED WATCHING WHAT I ATE! BUT STILL I GAINBED FRIGHTENED OF WANTING TO START SMOKING AGAIN I DECIDED TO GRAB LIFE WITH BOTH HANDS AND TAKE CHARGE OF IT!
I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN ON A DIET UP TILL I STARTED SMOKING THIS SEEMTO MAKE MY BODY SLIM! NOT WANTING TO GAIN THE WEIGHT I DID A YEAR AND A HALF ON HTE ATKINS DIET!
I DID LOOSE ON THIS BUT THEN AFTER GAINING IT ALL BACK I STARTED ON THE CAMBRIDGE DIET WHERE I LOST THE WEIGHT AGAIN!
I STARTED IN JANUARY (ATKINS ) AT 10 STONE 10!
I LOST THE 10 POUNDS THEN NO LOSS
THEN AGAIN ON 8TH JULY STARTED CAMBRIDGE DIET
NOW I'M AT 9 STONE 4 1/2! YEAH I WANT TO MAONTAIN THIS OR MAYBE LOOSE A LITTLE TO GET TO A STRAAIGHT 9 STONE
WELL XMAS IS AROUND THE CORNER ISN'T IT!LOL

I have dropped on these scales from the above chemist they have over 400 itemised foods already loaded all you have to do is put the food on them add the code and the scales tell you how many calories and carbs protien and fat are in the product they are awsome and a must for anyone who is serious about weight loss ! Im at my goal and just thought I just had to have them It means as I m weighing my food I can keep adding the food to the scales for the full meal! how good is that! I t makes you realise how many actual calories there is instead of having to check on here and so far the values of the foods are the same as here so I don't have to keep logging on to see what Im eating lol

Belly fat
kenley , what foods does the book say you have to eat Im curious about this without buying the book as Im at my ideal weight but I do get a swollen stomach very easy but It has took me to loose quite a bit of weight to get my belly to reduce in size lol!

YES so true i ve never eaten as much vegies in my whole life! i love anything thats veg and trying new things each week!

mmm wish sometimes I was doing atkins i just ended up gaining all my weight on with it but I guess thats because of me loosing it in the first place like I am probably gonna do this time if Im not careful!

gosh I wish I ahd read your post before I reached for the glass of pernod!aww well I had chocolate s too gulp not weighing tommorrow! still kept within the 2100 calories it says I need to eat to be stabalising!
