Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred
I would recommend doing the circuits 5X a week with say a Wed and a Sunday off. I'm a SuperUser member over at JillianMichaels.com and two weeks ago I got to speak to her on the phone about her new book. I got to ask a question and interact with her. It was cool. Jillian says circuits 5 X a week. Do Level 1 for about 1.5 weeks and then move to Level 2 and then in another 1.5 weeks the third level so you are always mixing it up with your body. Beyond that, any cardio you do is "extra credit." I like to do Spinning because you burn like 700-1000 calories in one hour. Jillian recommends as a base, the circuits found in your 30 day shred and then IF you want, cardio as extra credit. Good luck!
