binging/cravings..help!
I have struggled with the same issues. Sometimes you just feel bad and eating makes you feel better. No fruit or water will satisfy. Here's a few of my go-to foods.

Trader Joes has a light kettle corn has 100 calories in a single serve bag and it's a decent sized bag. Even if you eat 2 bags its only 200 calories and not a huge setback.

I buy Hershey Bliss milk chocolate squares because a single serving is 6 squares and I usually feel like I've indulged after 3 - making it a pretty good choice. (if you eat both popcorn and chocolate it's REALLY indulgent!

Find a cereal that is sweet enough to satisfy a craving - my favorite is Berry Berry Kix and it's only about 100 calories per cup so I can have a huge bowl of cereal with skim milk and not totally blow it.

Sometimes I'll get 100 calorie packs of chocolate covered pretzels and mix them with regular pretzels - you can have a lot of the mix for 200 calories.

I've considered looking at Weight Watchers (I'm a calorie counter myself) because I know their plan allows for some "splurging" every week. I know that I need to allow myself room in any diet for munchies!

If you would - can you let me know what your dietician says? There's no way I can go to one but I'd be curious what advice they might have.
