Im 49 years old I live in Seattle Washington I am going to school to get my assosciates degree in early child hood education. Hopefully I will graduate this spring. I only have 20 pounds to go to be under 200. I love birds and art. I also do crafts. I love sparks, but the name fatsecret hit me thats me I am fat I thought every one can see that. Now they can also see that I am getting smaller. Fat secret is a good name because we hide how we feel about it. Every day I get a little smaller. I realize how much the other way hurt. Only my friends at my weight loss group Tops knows how much being so big made me feel. When I stoped coming here a year and a half ago I balooned back up to 298 pounds I woke up and now I am 219 down down down I go. If you feel miserable do something about it .

being heavy
When you are very heavy and you decide it is time to lose weight for a bit a comes off very fast. This sight does not take that in account. They slapped my hand for losing to fast. I know it is not going to last, soon I will be lucky to lose 1/2 pound a week So they should praise me for now. Dont you thinkSmile
