I guess I have struggled with my weight my entire life. My entire family is on the edge of being over weight or past it. Its about time I changed things and actually stuck to it so my family can learn from me. Its always been the motivation that I have lacked over the years. Im almost 25 at my lightest I was about 135 and extreamly happy at my 5'7 frame. However I started having personal problems and replaced it with drinking, soooo I am currently almost 100lbs heavier then I was about 4 years ago. I am not looking to be there again because I dont think its liveable for me. I think being around 150 would be fantastic for me and I am going to do whatever I can get there happily.

starting 230 my first goal is to be down 35lbs by Aug. 30. Its a month before my 25th bday. If I make this goal (which is realistic) I am plan on taking a couple friends on a weekend trip to celebrate my birthday! <3
