Hi Everyone, I am 36 year old New Yorker.

I work as a Corporate trainer, so I have to travel approximately 50 percent of the time. I have been in a couple of jobs and travelled up to 100 percent of the time, which meant a lot of restaurants, not a lot of exercise. I have gained a lot of weight, which I didn't intend.

Other than listing everything I eat, I enjoy movies, reading, theater, skiing, museums and exploring new cities.

It's interesting about this...I used to go to Starbucks and get a quick snack, because it seemed "healthier" for some reason. Once they started posting their calorie counts, I stopped going.

BORED at the gym!
I never go to the gym without my ipod. I also have it on shuffle so I never know what song is going to come next. That gets me through most of my workouts.

Sausage Patties OK?
Is there any way that you can microwave it, instead of frying? I would just be worred about the cholesterol in the fried food.
