Losing weight but not inches. Is it normal?
MAYBE you've lost the 'inner' arterial fat - the dangerous stuff and it isn't showing on the measure? I remember losing a lot last time and the measurement was always the slowest - even losing loads. Weird. But true.

My ticker is wrong , I need to lose 50! Don't know whats up with it! Im still not sure what I should follow on here though? Net or Total?!

HI all, I am doing Atkins in UK and I wanted to know if I need to follow the Net carbs indicator or the carbs indicator? I know in US they deduct it but in UK they don't ? I am wondering which fat secret follows?
