I'm 5'8 or 173cm, in height.
I'm 22 turning 23 in July.
I am a full-time student studying to become a Microbiologist :-D. My weight yoyo'd when i was younger, i came into the world weighing a whopping 10lbs.(Thanks mom!) Growing up, i was never small or average, i was always big. I have a large frame size and my weight never shows on my body, (A huge plus!!!!) so i always have fun playing the guessing game when it comes to my weight. My steady weight is around 170lbs, where i could manage sizes ranging from 10-14. I have an hourglass figure, with curves that refuse to "get lost" with weight loss, i love my body and i'll be quite happy with myself when i see the number 180 and less.
My starting weight was 250lbs at the age of 19, a number i would never like to see again. I am not where i would like to be, but am happy that i am not what i was before :-). I would like to go down to 160-170lbs, my steady weight, before i stopped going to the gym and just sat on my ass and ate. (My knees used to get weak at the sight of a Double Bacon Cheddar burger from Harvey's with a poutine. I still eat burgers, but limit that to twice a month, i am not the type of person that will cut all bad food from my diet, it will drive me insane, i just have to re-compensate at the gym. Keeps me happy and the scale keeps going down, so it's all good :-)
I am losing weight for my future, i would like to live longer, and avoid obtaining genetic diseases (diabetes, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, etc) at a very young age.
