Hey guys and girls, I'm 29 yo, and I have been gaining a lot of weight in the last decade, a trend that started right before college when I was around 17 and lasted until about 4 years ago with me weighting as much as 125kg(275lbs)!! I'm 1,76m(5ft9).
Except for the time in college that ended in 2004, I have always been an avid martial arts practitioner, since I was 4 yo(literally), and even continuing my very bad eating habits, but with a lot of training, I dropped my weight to around 115kg(253lbs) 3 years ago, then after that it sort of settled in 110kg-112kg(242-246lbs).
I began to take my Jiu Jitsu training, at least 4 times a week in 1h30m sessions, far more seriously, and I ocasonally to bycicle rides in a moderate speed, around 15km/h, a couple times a week, after that since mid october, I lost around 3kg(7 lbs), my goal is to be at 99kg(218 lbs) by february, to lose that extra digit, because of that, I'm seen a nutricionist, that I went also a lot because of severe fatigue and muscular pains, caused in a combination of poor eating habits and excessive training.
I'm trying to log all that I eat and all the activities I do through the day, in some cases, overestimating what I eat, when I'm not so sure, feel free to check my diet/exercise/journals, they are all open.

2001: 100Kg / 220lbs
2004: 110Kg / 242lbs
2007: 125Kg / 275lbs
2008: 115Kg / 253lbs
2010: 112Kg / 246.4lbs
oct 19: 110.9Kg / 244lbs
nov 7: 108.4Kg / 238.5lbs
dec 5: 104.5Kg / 230lbs
jan 9: 99.3kg / 216lbs -- MAJOR GOAL ACHIEVED!
