Hey all,
I'm new here and just wondered how often you weigh in? I have the reminder set for once a week. Although I know I'll weigh myself everyday. I'm one of those obsessive weighers. Yesterday was my first day on the diet and although I didnt totally struggle Im a real snacker so that was a bit hard for me. I guess instead of chocolate I just need to eat those carrots or grapes. I am encouraged that I am 2 pounds down from yesterday morning. Anyways, glad I can join you all!!Very Happy

My goal is to not weigh myself at all and go by my clothes and measurements. I am not quite there yet, mostly because I haven't hit my goal weight. So, for now I do my best to check the scale once or twice a week.

I wish you luck with that, I am a slave to the scale. I weigh several times a day. Just to keep the number in front of me. I know that is not what you are supose to do but it works for me everyone is different. I do know that when the cloths size changes that is a big bust!!! You're doing great!!!

I have two scales. One is the "offical scale" that gives me body fat percentage. The other is the "old scale." I don't know how accurate it is, but I allow myself to weigh on that scale as much as I want with my clothes on. I only weigh on the offical scale once a week. I too am an obsessive weigher. The two scale thing allows me to feed my need to weigh, but I also know that it is not really my true weight. I record that weight once a week.

I Usually weigh in once a week as soon as I get up and use bathroom and before I eat. I want THAT SCALE to be at LOWEST point it could possibly be!!

I am obsessed with my scale. Morning, middle of the day, after a good workwout. Its doesnt matter. I want to know if I have dropped an ounce or a pound. You may wonder if this is working for me. Yes and no. On good days its great. Its an awesome motivator...however, of those days where I've gained I know Ill have to work out longer, fast, and watch my intake.

On certain days....when Im stressed....nothing works. I eat and overeat. I used to be able to have stress and drop weight. Now that Im older, I think stress and I gain weight. Imagine that!

All is good I will continue to weight myself only because I like keeping track...I'm reading Fatsmash today and will be detoxing next week and look forward to loosing inches and weight along the way!

Love Peach and Success to you!

Love always, laugh often, live in the moment.
