When I do my shows, between the drive and the shows, I don't get to eat for 5 hours. What do you keep in the car that holds up well for a few hours that I could snack on the way home?

I keep a tin of mixed nuts. It doesn't take much for the nuts to keep you feeling full until it is meal time again. I also keep a couple of my favorite protein bars in the console so they won't get melted. Since doing this, I have completely cut out the drive thu visits.

Sometimes I'll just bring a banana or piece of fruit with me or a granola bar if I know I am gonna be out awhile. I also try to keep a cold bottle of water with me too.

I stash fruit cups and zip-lock baggies of Kashi cereal in my car. Kashi also has a line of cereal bars I keep those in my car as well. My boys like them also so I put a box behind the pocket of my seat.

Drink lots of water. If you can, try drinking the Benefiber packets in your bottled water. It keeps you feeling full which helps during the detox phase and it helps with bloat, belly fat, and energy.
