How Often Do you weigh yourself?
Once a week works perfectly for me. Weighing myself daily will drive me insane. It's like the stock will fluctuate all the time. And as we all know, subtle changes can be heavily influenced by water retention, eating a larger meal, starvation, etc. But on the flip side, if I were to weigh myself only once a month it won't keep me honest. I need that weekly metric to monitor progress. When I do weigh myself, it's always on the same day, same time.
