Eating under recommended calorie intake
Hi everyone, I ve been trying intermitant fasting since August and seems to be working for me...
I think it might be correct that taking a drasting measure to lose weight fast could have side effects so I think loosing as I did in pas fe wmontsh (600g/week) should be ok.. but i am not an expert so please check it with your nutritionist .
the only think i can say for sure is that i havnt seen that much of side effects except on my low calorie days i some times i sruggle to sleep...a dn wake up at night..
in general I am very sensetive sleeper any way so being a bit hungry doesnt help.. but i notice that now i am a bit used to it and i dont suffer as much as i did at first couple of weeks..
I think teh bottom line is having extra weight so unhealthy which even if you suffer in a short time from dieting it well worth the try..
two things I noticed one is that when I am on this diet (intermitant fasting) i dont miss on any food since on my normal days I eat normally but not so much...! second I am now more aware by recording everything i eat...Thirdly, I am more aware of calories in differnet food so I have an idea when I have enough calories..
Most important: now i appreciate a nice food and treat my self to cakes or chocolate where before it was just out of habit and wouldnt realy enjoy most of things ...

I cant believe how much calories are there in nuts!! i just had a hand full of nuts and my calorie intake is higher than i intend to...
