WTF? You made an appt for Wednesday?! This is crazy. Doesn't sound like family doctor stub-yer-toe everyday situation. Go to the damn ER already. I can't imagine anyone saying this is normal...except for the jackass a few posts up.

New to Fat Secret - following the Adkins diet plan.
This site, phone app, and support here make it really easy to stay on track. First 2 weeks on Atkins (or any diet) are the hardest. Stick to it and it'll work!
