Hello! I am a 26 year old mother of a 5 year old little boy and 6 month old little boy. I have been happily married for 11 months and on Weight Watchers. I was on Atkins back in the Summer of 2007 and it worked great. I lost 85 pounds meet the man of my dreams, got pregnant and gained 40 back. Now i am desperatly wanting to get back the person and body i was when my husband first laid eyes on me. I am the type that needs support and inspiration so if anyone has any to share please feel free to do so! If anyone out there is interested in being diet buddies just let me know i am looking forward to meeting new friends!!!

Arm Exercise!
Ok i need some help. I can not afford to go to a gym right now and i know just walking is not going to cut it. but i have trouble toning my arms. You know that flab that hangs when you flex or flaps when you clap? LOL i Call it wings! LOL

Does anyone have any good exercise ideas for at home on the arms?

Now i feel embarassed to even post this but if no one out there has the problem i would sure like to know how they dont?

New mother!
It must be nice to gain only 20 pounds. With my first one i gained 70 pounds and this one i gained 35 i think. It could have been more. I aam trying to get to the weight i was Christmas 07 because i didnt get pregnant until Febuary of 08. I had lost 90 pounds when i found out i was pregnant and it was all the weight from when my 4 year old at that time had been born. Dont give upe! Stick with us and you will make it!

New mother!
My babay is 5 1/2 months old. I tried to diet when he was a mnth old. It is very hard to do because your body is still trying to get back to normal. Dont be suprised if it takes a while to see weight loss. Just eat healthy and give yourself sometime to heal. I got that advice from a buddy on here. (Thanks Jana lol) Congratulations on the new baby! They are the best!
