I'm a 40-something working mother of two young children. I started dieting to gain some control over my eating habits and drop some remaining weight before hitting the big 4-0. Now, I'm trying to find a balance to maintain my weight without feeling deprived, and I occasionally fall off the wagon. Going back to the SBD Phase 1 or 2 helps get me back on track. Not losing in Phase I
Has anyone ever had the problem of not losing any weight during the first week in Phase I, even though they followed the diet almost perfectly? It's not a case of cheating. Could it be too few calories, or too few of the right calories? Thanks for any insight or advice.
