I'm a lapsed Fat Secret member. About 10 years ago, right before I turned 40, I lost 15 pounds, and I was able to keep it off for quite some time. Well, now the weight has crept back on, and given that I'm turning 50 next month, I thought it time to get things back under control for the next half of the century, or whatever. So, let's see what happens!

Not losing in Phase I
Has anyone ever had the problem of not losing any weight during the first week in Phase I, even though they followed the diet almost perfectly? It's not a case of cheating. Could it be too few calories, or too few of the right calories? Thanks for any insight or advice.
