New diet and more motivation
I have never really found a particular diet that has worked for me. but for the past month I have cut out pop and started counting my calories, making sure I burn more calories than I consume.I eat more veggies and fruits and cut out as much processed food as possible. I to had hardly any extra energy for exercising and such working 2 jobs and all but I have found that I have more energy now than I did a few months ago. I've lost 15.2 pounds in 3 weeks!

HELP dealing with temptation
I'm a sucker for McDonald's and places like that. When I'm really craving that I just get a kids meal. It satisfies my craving without as many calories. It's difficult at times and I usually tend to binge on that sort of stuff but I just have to keep reminding myself of my goal. I find that the more I think about my goal and why I'm doing this the less cravings I get.
