I am the mother of 2 beautiful children and a wife to a wonderful man of whom I adore. I love them all very much and I tend to give them all of me and don't do much for myself. May of last year after smoking for 20 years I decided to quit and did. I actually decided to quit to be healthier for myself, my family and for God but I have gained 15 lbs since quitting and don't feel any heathier at all. I know I thoughtlessly eat and have decided to hold myself accountable and start tracking my calories and to get off my butt and move more.
I look forward to taking care of me, feeling better and having more energy soon!!! As my son always says... Let's do this!!!
