I've been chunky ever since puberty. But I want to start anew. I moved to a new state, got a new job, adopted a new puppy, started a fitness program, etc. But then I found out I was pregnant. I was high risk and hospitalized off-n-on for about 3 months. With being heavy before - and now with baby weight - my body is now repaired enough to exercise and start losing weight. I want to be healthy. I want to be fit. And I definitely want to be a good example to my daughter. I want to be 140 lbs - but small steps first! So, my first goal I set was to drop 40 lbs.
