Does anyone else ever feel this way...?
I think indiehjarta and LauraJo98 both are great inspirations to me. I hope to follow in their footsteps. As for the friends I lose along the way...so be it. If the so called friends are not supporting me living a longer and healthier life then I really don't need them in it. Not to be rude, but you really don't have to let their comments enter your head...I look at people with mean thoughts or comments about my weight loss as sad...I feel more pity for them than anger. I look forward to more guidance from the people on fatsecret, on my journey. Thanks and Congratulations to those that are nearing their goals and those that have made it and are maintaining.

Better 'n Peanut Butter contains 2g fat and 100 calories per serving vs. 16g fat and 190 calories in regular peanut butter. Ingredients: Peanuts(as Defatted Peanut Flour, Peanut Butter and Natural Peanut Oils), Pure Water, Tapioca Syrup, Rice Syrup, Vegetable Glycerin,Dehydrated Cane Juice, Tapioca Starch, Natural Colors and Flavors, Salt, Calcium Carbonate, Lecithin, Tocopherol (Vitamin E), Sodium Ascorbate (Vitamin C). Hi ecervantes514...I hope this helps...Click on "brand list" at the bottom of the page between "food list" and "report abuse", then at the top of the page click on "Restaurant/Fast Food" then click on letter "B" then the page that comes up does not have Burger King then scroll down and see you are on page 1 of 2...then click on the number "2" then you will see "Burger King" or "Burger King (Canada)...click which ever applies...now you are at the "Burger King Menu"...if you do not see the burger you ordered etc. click the "view more burger, chicken, etc. products" this should take you to more options in each section. I hope this helps you...I had the same problem when I started...it takes a little searching to find things...then if you don't find it...you can always add it...I've had to do that on several items...then it is there for you and everyone else. I hope you find what you are looking for on here. It's a great website isn';t it? Good Luck!

That's looks like the way I enter new foods into the system...I've never gotten that kind of comment. I'm glad people enter things though...it makes it easier for all of us. Thanks...for trying.

peanut butter nutty buddy
Cool FOR PEANUT BUTTER ADDICTS...LOL! I just tried a product "Better'n Peanut Butter" from Trader Joe's...and it's great. Takes care of my cravings...and compared to other brands...it's not bad on the diet. [2 Tbsps., 100 cal., 2g fat, 13g carbs., 0 cholest., 95mg sodium, 4g protein]
