just a game... If you had to give up cheese or chocolate, which would it be? I think if I were forced to choose, I would give up chocolate. When I first thought that, I thought, really? Really?? But, yes, I think cheese would win for me. DISCLAIMER: I expect to lose this weight over the next 6 months to 5 years. I'm not going to feel like a failure if it takes an entire month to lose 1 pound. I'm going to feel like a success when that happens! I may offer advice that I'm currently not taking myself. Feel free to call me on that!

Cheese. Surprisingly, I haven't been eating cheese so much. But I like chocolate in my drinks, chocolate in my fiber bars, and chocolate just to eat! Yay for chocolate! Dropped 60 lbs already - just wanting to finish the race!

I'm a HUGE fan of dark chocolate (at least 70% cocoa content). Its a great source of magnesium and magnesium supports heart health. Also studies have shown that cocoa powder has almost twice the antioxidants of red wine and 3 times that of green tea. Not fan of dairy-especially for women so to me, eating cheese eveyday is not a great idea.

If I could take cheese intravenously, I would. I used to buy large blocks of colby-jack. My kids nicknamed them "blocky", because it was a good friend of their dad. I work for the Department of Redundancy Department

The worst part of my cheese and chocolate dilemma came while I was enjoying a hunk (small hunk mind you) of a store brand cheddar cheese. It wasn't even fabulous cheese! Cheese would be dropped! I love Chocolate so much more. I started taking cheese out of my food (eggs, sandwhiches, etc.) I didn't really notice it! "There can never be a more beautiful you"- Jonny Diaz

Oh, well, all these years I thought I had an unhealthy obsession with cheese. Come to find out, we are all in the same boat! I didn't realize there were so many cheese-heads out there! Yes, for me, even though I absolutely love chocolate, life without cheese would have no meaning. I also started taking out cheese from things that I eat on a regular basis (eggs, sandwiches...), but only to have it as a separate item and really, truly, enjoy it by itself, not as a condiment.

I always do a double take when someone says "I hate cheese." How is that even possible? If you sometimes feel a little useless, offended or depressed, always remember that YOU were once the fastest and most victorious little sperm out of millions!
