Hello, a little about me. Most importantly about me, I am a single mom of 2 beautiful girls. I work full time, and my evenings are usually filled with soccer games, homework, housework, walking the dog and then maybe a little time for myself. :-)
I love anything outdoors and for this reason, it's pretty easy to stay active. I am a lifetime member of the weight watcher's program. I became a lifetime member when I lost 40 lbs after my second daughter was born. (I had to loose the baby fat)... here I am 7 years later and slowly I have put 25 lbs back on. I am now working at shedding this weight and now realize that I have fallen off track with proper eating. Excersise alone can not keep the lbs off my body. Eating right is a big contributing factor to that. As well, I want to teach my kids proper eating habits while they are young.
