Well I didn't think I would loose much this time since I just came from 1 week's holidays and I drank a little more than normal. Had fun with the kids. Now it's back down to business.

I have been running alot in the last month. My endurance is building and I can run much farther than before without having to stop and take a break. My dog is loving it! LOL
So.. despite the added activity that I am putting in, my weight continues to stay the same which is okay since I've been eating some decadent foods lately. This next week I am on vacation and I plan to really kick it up a notch when my vacation is over and the kids are back to school. for now, I'm just happy to stay the same.
I feel good and my clothes fit nicely. Despite the lack of weight loss, I have lost inches for sure.

Okay... so I started this journey in March... OMG, and I'm down approx 11 pounds. I've been working my but off - eating right (most days) and working out lots. The most frustrating part is that no one seems to notice my weight loss. GRRR... until a couple of days ago - a close friend said she could really tell that I had lost weight. That's it! That's the boost I needed to keep going. Strange isn't it.. The scale doesn't tell what my clothes tell me. I am putting on the pair of jeans that I thought I wouldn't be able to fit into until I loose the next 10 lbs. I guess the inches are giving it away this time. I should have taken body measurements before I started this.
Anyhow... I'm on track and I feel great. Despite what the scale says! LOL

I haven't been following on this website for most of the last couple of months. I'm happy to see that my progress is continuing. Had some challenges with some recent parties and events because the food was soooooooo good, but luckily I'm keeping active and that helps.

wow.. I was shocked to see that I had gained. I was getting accustomed to registering my food and excersise intake here instead of counting points (WW) so, for the next couple of weeks - I'm going to go back to counting points. It's difficult too because my best friend is over 20 lbs weight loss now and I'm struggling to achieve 10 weight loss. I understand my metabolism is different. I am such an active person compared to her, I just figured that it should be easier for me.
Okay enough complaining... I'm not really... just want to keep track of how I'm feeling about all this.
