Where to start.. I just turned 39 and am the mother of an amazing 3 year old boy that is the light of my life. I am happily married, a proud Canadian and a die hard Coronation Street fan. I have been over weight my entire life and have yo yo dieted for what seems like forever. I lost almost 35lbs on Weight Watchers about 8 years ago but that same year we lost my brother tragically and with that.. back came the weight. I have continued to work out fairly regularily but my body has apparently become very adept at adjusting so I seem to maintain without much gain or loss. With this year being my big "40" I have made a pact with myself to get to a healthy weight and stay there. Glad to be here and look forward to sharing my journey with you all.
