I'm a stay-at-home mom of two preschoolers, and I have a beautiful stepdaughter in 2nd grade. My youngest two start school next year, and I'll be starting school as well. I'm going into the medically field either nursing or paramedic...either way I want to get to my goal weight by next fall.
I got out of the Army almost 4 years ago, and that's when I put on a lot of weight. I've always been a terrible eater, but for my job I had to be in excellent shape, so I was working out a lot. After I got out I continued my horrible diet, but wasn't exercising...and man did the weight pile on fast...the first 6 months out I gained almost 50 lbs. Then last winter I was in school and eating fast food everyday and gained close to another 50 lbs.
I have taken a break from school and am focusing on my health and kids. I can't wait though to start school back up as a healthier person...last semester I could barely fit in the desks, and that made for very long uncomfortable days.
