I'm a married 48 year young mother of two teenage boys( or should I say young men).I live in the Worcester. UK
I've been up & down with my weight for nearly 18 years now, and now think that even though my blood pressure is fine and my cholesterol is also ok, I have been suffering a lot with joint pain in my hips and shoulders, and also lot of back ache.
So this time I really have got to do this.....
I'm 50 in two years so, I WILL BE SLIM FOR MY 50th ****

Anyone having troubles passing a BM?
I see from your food diary that you have 6 cups of water a day, how much is that in fl oz, Because as you increase your fiber you'll need a lot more water to help it through..

Good luck, and I hope you go soon..Confused

Your exercise diary has walking, sitting, etc.

I would just change it to resting and sleeping. That's the best you can do. It will still be high... but will decrease as you lose weight.

Hi
Even on todays with no exercise recorded its still 2238 cals, but I need to put my exercise down as i'm doing a challenge.
Perhaps I should just take no notice of what it is telling me to have (cals)...
everything else on the sight is great.

sorry back again,
I changed and saved my RDI now 1700 cals, but when I go to my exercise diary it still has me down for 2247 cals without even doing anything...

Thanks every one, I did as you described Kmartin, and bingo, if I enter that I don't do anything it comes up 1700 cals, but that will change when I enter my exercise, but it should be better, It only has the option to lose 1 pound a week, so if I want to lose more, that'll be fine..
See What happens tomorrow...Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy
