Hi, My name is Laura Lee and I have been overweight all my life and my peak weight at 36 years of age was 341, that was last December 2007.
I have a foster son named Ryan and I really want to lose the weight so I can withstand going to Disney World in the next couple of years. I also need to lose the weight for my health, I have High Blood Pressure, Diabetes, and High Triglycerides. It's not healthy to be over 200 pounds much less 300 pounds, so I really need to lose this weight. Plus I have a wonderful and supportive husband who likes to go on walks with me as long as he is not too tired. We have been married for 10 years now, we just had our 10th Anniversary. I started my weight loss trail the day after our 10th Anniversary.

One reason why I want to lose weight, I want to be able to take a bubble bath. I can't sit down in my bath without worrying about being able to get back up, and I don't fit in it all that well either.

I have told so many people about because I have never seen a place that is so encouraging and so organized that you don't really have to work all that hard at counting calories because the site does it for you.

Update I met my first goal of weighing 300 pounds on Oct 8, 2008

Okay so its a new year, I messed up during the Holidays and actually put back on about 14 pounds. But I got sick over the weekend and my body has gotten rid of 10 of those pounds back for me. So I need to stay on track now that I went through that ordeal and continue the weight loss.
