I just gave in to temptation...
Don't let it get you down ... it's just a cookie! Make the rest of the week good. Add 30 mins on the treadmill. It'll get rid of that cookie.

How many calories should I cut out of my diet each day?
3500 calores is supposed to equal "one" pound. So if we want to lose 2.5 lbs. per week, that would equal 3500 x 2 plus 1750 = 8,750 calories total decrease per week or: 1,250 calories less ...
