Dukan Diet
BORING This diet is really boring, but I must say seems to be working. Going to the beach June 4th, hope to lose at least 6 or so more lbs, that would be 15 lbs before beach time. Then we will see whether staying on this or counting calories, and adding some carbs back in. The good thing is hardly any preparation required, cook some meat open some cottage cheese, yogurt and you are done. Keep a eye on the prize.

Dukan Diet
I have been on the Dukan Diet for 8 days, with no cheating. Lost 8 1/2 lbs, takes lots of will power, but I have not been hungary and its very rewarding to see 8 1/2 lbs gone. Looking forward to adding vegs in. Very easy to plan meals, LOL. Will continue
at least through beach time (mid June).
