Swiss Cheese & Mushroom Chicken Breast

An easy chicken recipe for low carbers.



  1. Brown chicken breast both side for 5 minutes.
  2. Add mushrooms and soy sauce.
  3. Cook for 15 minutes or when chicken is done.
  4. Cover with Swiss cheese and serve when melted.
