My weight was not a problem until after I had children and since I have been up and down from 128-208 lbs. My goal is to get to a healthy weight-not my High School weight-and MAINTAIN.
10/1/2014 208# doing Atkins again
12/13/14 ketogenic diet works! increased energy, decreased appetite, decreased cravings and mindless eating wt today=182.5
12/28/14 177.5 today steady losses I am happy with how it is going.
4/15/2015 162 # it works!

weight watcher points
I used to do WW by points..now I do caories..at the end of the day 1200 calories equals 24 points. 50 calories =1point. I like the new way better and my sister has lost over 100 lbs since June doing the same thingCool

Weight Watchers
I wrote the book on WW-LOL- I was a member often on since 1974! I have been at goal several times and I am a life time member...what I haven't figured out is how to KEEP IT OFF Sad I tried the Core Plan but I prefer points..but recording by nutritional values is working so far...as of today I have lost 10 LBS,

How do I get Weight Watchers points to show up?
It is more difficult to track at first but if you know your points for the day-for example 25 points, that is the equivelent of 1400 calories so if you track your food on this site per nutritional information for the foods it comes out the same...actually I like this method better..check my food journals and recipes.
