I had two total knee replacements. Right knee December 2016 then left knee March 2017. Since the surgeries I am mobile again. Physical therapy was hard, but I pushed through it.

I have been away from Fat Secret for three years. I am ready to loss more weight and continue with the healing from the surgeries.

Positive thoughts and accountability to the scale and FatSecret. No excuses.

Hi, I will be 61 in June. I am a boomerang on Fatsecret. Loss...gain...loss...gain...LOSING again. I think I get it now...what you do to lose the weight you need to continue doing to keep the weight off. Joined this time August 25, 2013 and I am down 70 lbs. My Recipe
On the right side of the screen - Under MY COMMUNITY - select the option My Cook Book. You can enter your recipe with the serving size, ingredient quantities and it will give you the nutrition breakdown and calorie count.

Fitbit
I have a fitbit and I absolutely LOVE IT!!! It really motivates me to get my daily steps and distance.

From Obese to Fit with Calorie Counting and Exercise!
Kate, Congratulations on your journey to get fit and healthy. I have been on FatSecret since June 14, 2010, I am 57 years old and to date I have lost 107 pounds. Calories in - Calories out. Sounds simple, but it works. I am still not at my healthy weight and my journey will never end. Best wishes Kate. I enjoy your posts.

FS - so addicting!! Anyone else having problems turning this off?
This is a much healthy website to be addicted to than Farmville, Cafe World, Mafia Wars, Paradise Island....and others.
