My ultimate goal it to feel fabulous at 50. I'm going to accomplish this in two stages-

Stage 1 - 1st 6 months (Aug-Jan): Eat healthy, exercise 30+ min. a day, lose 30 lbs
Stage 2 - 2nd 6 months (Feb-July): Continue healthy habits, increase exercise, either maintain weight or try for another 5-15 pound loss (130-140 max) Stay under max!

Initial starting weight was: 175 (Considered OBESE for my height)
Lowest weight I achieved was 144 in Sept. 2012

Daily Goals
Keep calories between 1200-1400
Exercise at least 30 minutes a day, 5 days a week

1st: 05 lbs lost to 170 goal 08/28/17 ACHIEVED 08/04/17 !!!!
2nd: 10 lbs lost to 165 goal 09/28/17
3rd: 15 lbs lost to 160 goal 10/28/17
4th: 20 lbs lost to 155 goal 11/28/17
5th: 25 lbs lost to 150 goal 12/28/17
6th: 30 lbs lost to 145* goal 01/28/18
7th: 35 lbs lost to 140 goal 02/28/18
8th: 40 lbs lost to 135 goal 03/28/18
9th: Maintain ! ! ! ! !

Re-evaluate goals for the next 12 months.
