I started this journey a couple years ago at 168 lbs, then quit trying and went up to 175 lbs which, for 5'3", made me obese. I did really well and got down to 144 in Sept of 2012...then I started to yo yo and eventually I quit trying and went back up to 166. So here I am again. I can lose weight, I know I can- I've proven it. I just have to figure out how to stay consistent and KEEP it off.
Initial starting weight was: 175 (Considered OBESE)
Lowest weight I achieved was 144 in Sept. 2012
RESTARTING ON 01/08/14 AT NEARLY 165
MAIN GOAL- Exercise & eat healthy for 1 YEAR and lose weight in the process.
1st: 05 lbs lost to 160 ACHIEVED 1/20/14!!!!
2nd: 10 lbs lost to 155 ACHIEVED 2/28/14!!!!
3rd: 15 lbs lost to 150 ACHIEVED 4/10/14!!!!
4th: 20 lbs lost to 145
5th: 25 lbs lost to 140
6th: 30 lbs lost to 135
7th: 35 lbs lost to 130
8th: 40 lbs lost to 125
