Stage 1 - 1st 6 months (May-Oct): Eat healthy, exercise 30+ min. a day, lose 40 lbs
Stage 2 - 2nd 6 months (Nov-Jun): Continue healthy habits, increase exercise, either maintain weight or try for another 5-15 pound loss (130-140 max) Stay under max!
Initial starting weight was: 181 (Considered OBESE for my height)
Lowest weight I achieved was 144 in Sept. 2012
