My ultimate goal it to feel fabulous at 50. I'm going to accomplish this in two stages-

Stage 1 by end of 2016: Eat healthy, exercise 30+ minutes a day, lose 30 lbs
Stage 2 by May 7th birthday: Continue healthy habits, increase exercise, either maintain weight or be try for another 8-12 pound loss (135-130) as a bonus

Initial starting weight was: 174.2 (Considered OBESE)
Lowest weight I achieved was 144 in Sept. 2012

Daily Goals
Keep calories between 1200-1400
Exercise at least 30 minutes a day, 5 days a week

WEIGHT GOALS:
1st: 05 lbs lost to 169 goal 08/08/16 ACHIEVED!!! 08/08/2016
2nd: 10 lbs lost to 164 goal 09/12/16
3rd: 15 lbs lost to 159* goal 10/10/16
4th: 20 lbs lost to 154 goal 11/07/16
5th: 25 lbs lost to 149 goal 12/05/16
6th: 30 lbs lost to 144 goal 01/02/17
