I started this journey a couple years ago at 168 lbs, then quit trying and went up to 175 lbs which, for 5'3", made me obese. I did really well and got down to 144 in Sept of 2012...then I started to yo yo and eventually I quit trying and went back up to 173. So here I am again. I can lose weight, I know I can- I've proven it. I just have to figure out how to stay consistent and KEEP it off.
Initial starting weight was: 175 (Considered OBESE)
Lowest weight I achieved was 144 in Sept. 2012

Keep calories between 1200-1400
Exercise at least 30 minutes 5 days a week
1st: 05 lbs lost to 168 goal 1/14/15 ACHIEVED ON 1/14/2015!!!
2nd: 10 lbs lost to 163 goal 2/14/15 ACHIEVED ON 2/05/2015!!!
3rd: 15 lbs lost to 158 goal 3/14/15 ACHIEVED ON 3/17/2015!!!
4th: 20 lbs lost to 153 goal 4/17/15
5th: 25 lbs lost to 148**goal 5/17/15
6th: 30 lbs lost to 143 goal 6/17/15
7th: 35 lbs lost to 138 goal 7/17/15
8th: 40 lbs lost to 133 goal 8/17/15
9th: 45 lbs lost to 128 goal 9/17/15
