My ultimate goal it to feel fabulous at 50. I'm going to accomplish this in two stages-

Stage 1 - 1st 6 months (Jan-Jun): Eat healthy, exercise 30+ min. a day, lose 30 lbs
Stage 2 - 2nd 6 months (Jul-Dec): Continue healthy habits, increase exercise, either maintain weight or try for another 5-15 pound loss (130-140 max) Stay under max!

Initial starting weight was: 175.6 (Considered OBESE for my height)
Lowest weight I achieved was 144 in Sept. 2012

Daily Goals
Keep calories between 1200-1400
Exercise at least 30 minutes a day, 5 days a week

1st: 05 lbs lost to 170 goal 01/14/17
2nd: 10 lbs lost to 165 goal 02/14/17
3rd: 15 lbs lost to 160 goal 03/14/17
4th: 20 lbs lost to 155 goal 04/14/17
5th: 25 lbs lost to 150 goal 05/14/17
6th: 30 lbs lost to 145* goal 06/14/17
7th: 35 lbs lost to 140 goal 07/14/17
8th: 40 lbs lost to 135 goal 08/14/17
9th: Maintain ! ! ! ! !
