It's a good thing I enjoy playing with a yo-yo as I have become quite a yo-yo expert in more ways than one! I lead a busy life that I enjoy and I imagine myself fitting healthy eating and exercise into the equation even as I travel.

My initial goal on this journey is to whittle down my 5'7" frame to 167 and to up my exercise to at least one walk a day with some floor exercises. I've decided on Dr. Simeon's HCG Protocol to start me on my way to my initial goal destination.
