Practice deep breathing

Guidelines:
When you need to get centered -- or before you pick up that cupcake -- try taking 10 deep breaths: inhale and count to 5, hold your breath for count of 2, exhale for count of 6. Do that 10 times. Or do some similar deep breathing exercise. Try to do this periodically throughout the day, to keep centered and relaxed when faced with the day's anxieties.

Guidelines:
Picture yourself (in detail) making healthy choices. Picture yourself putting on your gym clothes, driving to the gym, and having a great workout! Picture yourself at work, eating healthy snacks and meals, and successfully resisting the candy jar! Picture yourself after dinner, going for a walk, and not visiting the kitchen anymore! Picture yourself throwing away the last bits of the kids' food, and not eating them (or putting the bits in storage)! etc. Whatever works for you.

I can't wait
By the time this challenge starts I will have been doing yoga every morning for about month. But I want this to be challenging. Any ideas? I'd love to hear what anyone thinks. Let me know! -Vel

Now *THIS* sounds like an interesting challenge
Looking forward to this. I already get up before the sun to go to the gym, so it will be difficult to find the quiet time enjoying the sunshine.
