performance: losing 2.3 lb a week
I am a 41 yr old mother of 2 girls and a boy, and grandmother to 1 boy and 1 girl. I have a desk job where I primarily sit all day. Trying to lose a total of 41 lbs. Am doing Atkins, have tried Weight Watchers in the past along with all kinds of diet fads and diet pills. Atkins seems to be working. Ultimate weight loss goal is 170 which I know is still above what the calculators say I should weigh, but taking it in 10 lb intervals.
