I turned 50 years old this past April. I've been married 2 times. I have 2 children from my first marriage. They are female 27 and male 24. I have a son 11 from my second marriage. I work full time at Wachovia Bank. I love my family and I just want to learn to love myself and feel good about myself again. I am 50 pounds overweight and I know I can do this. I have to. My mom has type 2 diabetes and is a breast cancer survivor. My dad has heart disease and high blood pressure. It's time for me to get myself in shape.
