Guidelines:
Body goes into starvation mode if you do not eat every three hours. Eat a small snack with very little fat or calories. If you are on the go grab 100 cal pack if you can, or a pack of fruit snacks.

I jumped the gun!
Go figure I made myself workout for an hour the day BEFORE the challenge started :P An hour is ROUGH to do straight, I'm thinking about mixing it 30 mins when I wake up and 30 mins before bed. :) ...

Starting Weights
Start Weight: 156 Goal Weight: 145 Go to the gym 5 days a week, no freaking excuses. If I am going to be in a sexy costume, I don't want my gut hanging out and my thighs quaking.
