This is Day 1 for me getting serious. This is my 3rd day on this medication and so far it is amazing to me. I have no hunger what so ever. I feel great. I have to make myself eat. The first night was rough because I only slept 3 hours but last night I slept like a baby. I woke up refreshed. I am going to do this!

Today is a new day for me. I have not watched what I have been eating and I have not walked in over a month but today I am starting fresh. I started taking Adipex Sunday. I weighed 184 yesterday morning. This morning I weighed 180. I'm on a roll!
