Zucchini-Thunfisch-Pfanne

Low-Carb stark eiweißhaltig - super nach dem Workout. Es macht satt und ist super lecker.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Zwiebeln und Zucchini grob würfeln und in etwas Olivenöl andünsten.
  2. Thunfisch aus der Dose abgießen und in die Pfanne geben. Erwärmen lassen.
  3. Frischkäse hinzufügen und rühren, bis alles vermengt ist. Es erscheint alles sämig. Würzen mit Pfeffer, Chili, Ingwer ... alle Gewürze (außer Salz und Zucker) sind erlaubt.
  4. Mozzarella grob würfeln und mit in die Pfanne geben. Der Käse muss schmelzen. Ab und zu Rühren.
  5. Balsamico-Essig hinzugeben und ca 5 Minuten einkochen lassen. Servieren! Guten Appetit.
