Directions
- Hachez finement les carottes, l'oignon et le céleri.
- Chauffer l'huile d'olive, ajoutez les légumes, l'ail, les pommes de terre (en tout petit dès!), le concentré de tomate, 1,5 litre de bouillon, les tomates, les pâtes. Portez à ébullition puis 12 à 15 min à feux doux à couvert.
- Ajoutez les haricots blanc en boite et les pouces d'épinard 2 minutes avant la fin de la cuisson. Salez, poivrez.

C'est bien sympa ta soupe, mais tu mentionne de l'huile dans la recette que tu n'as pas mise dans les ingrédients. Du coup, il doit y avoir un peu plus de calories. Mais je la prends quand même, j'y mettrai pas d'huile.
